MembershipHow does the 30-day free trial work?
You can sign up with a payment method, get instant access to every recipe, and cancel at any time during the 30 days at no charge. We will email you 3 days before the trial ends so you can decide.
MembershipCan I cancel any time?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. Cancel from your account page in two clicks and you will keep access through the end of your billing period.
MembershipWhat is included with membership?
Access to the full recipe library, weekly new recipes, the ability to save and organize recipes into collections, member-only deep dives, and a free downloadable cookbook PDF for annual members.
MembershipDo you offer refunds?
Yes. Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies to all new memberships. Email us within 30 days of your first paid month and we will refund you in full.
RecipesHow often are new recipes added?
We publish 2 to 3 new tested recipes every week, plus seasonal collections four times a year.
RecipesAre the recipes printable?
Yes. Every recipe has a print-friendly view and a downloadable PDF for members.
RecipesWhy are some recipes locked?
About half of our library is free to read. The other half is members-only and unlocks with any membership or trial.
StoreHow fast do you ship orders?
Most orders ship within 24 hours from our Lake Mary, Florida warehouse. Continental US ground orders typically arrive in 2 to 5 business days.
StoreDo you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders over $75 ship free within the continental US.
StoreWhat is your return policy?
We accept returns on most kitchen tools within 30 days of delivery. Perishables and customized items are excluded. Email to start a return.
StoreDo you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States only. We are working on Canadian shipping for late 2026.
AccountHow do I change my password?
From your account page, click Sign out and then Forgot password on the sign in page. We will email a reset link to the address on file.
AccountCan I have multiple shipping addresses?
You can enter any shipping address at checkout. We do not currently support saving multiple address books on a single account.
OtherDo you sell gift memberships?
Not yet. Gift memberships are coming in late 2026. In the meantime, you can email a kitchen store gift card.
