Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee. If a membership or a kitchen store purchase is not right for you, you have 30 days to ask for a refund.

1. Membership refunds

If you are unhappy with your Stray Dog Smokehouse membership for any reason, email info@straydogtsv.com within 30 days of your first paid period and we will issue a full refund. Trial members who cancel before their trial ends are never charged.

After the 30-day window, you can cancel at any time and keep access through the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds of partial months or years outside the guarantee window.

2. Kitchen store returns

We accept returns of most kitchen store items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in unused condition and in the original packaging. To start a return, email info@straydogtsv.com with your order number and we will send a prepaid return shipping label for orders within the continental US.

Once we receive the item we will inspect it and issue a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the item is defective or shipped in error.

3. Return window

The 30-day window starts the day your order is delivered, as recorded by the shipping carrier. Returns initiated after 30 days may be accepted at our discretion as store credit.

4. Exceptions

  • Perishable items (food, spice blends with short shelf life) are non-returnable for food safety reasons.
  • Customized or personalized items (engraved knives, for example) are non-returnable.
  • Downloadable cookbooks and PDFs are non-refundable once downloaded.
  • Items damaged through misuse or normal wear are not eligible.

5. Damaged or defective items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will replace it free of charge or refund you, your choice.

6. How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Most refunds appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
