These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Stray Dog Smokehouse website, recipe membership, and kitchen store ("Services") operated by STRAYFEELINGS LLC. By using our Services you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your password secret. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

2. Membership and subscriptions

Free trial

New members may receive a 30-day free trial of our recipe membership. You must provide a valid payment method to start the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan will begin and we will charge your payment method on the trial end date.

Auto-renewal in plain language

Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current rate, charged to your payment method on file. You can cancel anytime from your account page; cancellation stops the next charge but does not refund the current period (except where required by our refund policy).

How to cancel

Sign in to your account, click Cancel membership, and confirm. You will keep access through the end of your paid period.

Price changes

We may change membership prices. We will notify you at least 30 days in advance by email and you may cancel before the new price takes effect.

3. Kitchen store orders

All orders are subject to availability and our acceptance. Prices are in US dollars. We may correct errors in price or description and may cancel orders affected by such errors with a full refund. Title to goods passes to you when they leave our warehouse.

4. Refund policy

See our Refund Policy. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on memberships and 30-day returns on most kitchen store items.

5. Acceptable use

You may not (a) share your member account credentials, (b) scrape or download the recipe library in bulk, (c) republish our recipes as your own, (d) interfere with the security of the site, or (e) use our Services to violate any law.

6. Intellectual property

All recipes, photography, design, code, and other content on this site are owned by STRAYFEELINGS LLC or our licensors and are protected by US and international copyright law. You may print copies of recipes for personal household use. All other uses require our written permission.

7. User content

If you submit comments, reviews, or other content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and adapt that content in connection with our Services.

8. Disclaimers

Our recipes are provided for informational purposes. Cooking involves heat, sharp tools, and raw ingredients. You are responsible for safe food handling and for any dietary restrictions or allergies. The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, STRAYFEELINGS LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Seminole County, Florida.

11. Arbitration and class action waiver

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You and we each waive the right to participate in a class action or to have a jury trial. You may opt out of this arbitration provision within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing info@straydogtsv.com.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be emailed to active members.
