Smoked Brisket Tacos
Chopped smoked brisket piled into warm corn tortillas with onion, cilantro, and lime.

Ingredients
- 2 lb leftover smoked brisket
- 12 warm corn tortillas
- 1 white onion diced
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 3 limes
- Salsa verde
- Pickled jalapenos
- Pinch of salt
Method
Warm the brisket gently in a covered pan with a splash of stock.
Toast tortillas one at a time over an open flame for 10 seconds per side.
Pile brisket onto each tortilla and top with onion and cilantro.
Squeeze lime over the top and serve with salsa verde and jalapenos.
