Coastal Grain Bowl
Farro, roasted veggies, citrus salmon, and a tahini lemon drizzle.

Ingredients
- 1.5 cups cooked farro
- 1 lb salmon
- 2 cups roasted sweet potato
- 2 cups roasted broccoli
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 1 lemon
- Chickpeas
- Fresh herbs
Method
Roast veggies at 425 F for 22 minutes.
Sear salmon skin side down for 5 minutes and finish in the oven 4 minutes.
Whisk tahini with lemon, water, salt, and garlic.
Build bowls with farro, veggies, salmon, and chickpeas. Drizzle with sauce.
