Cedar Plank Salmon
Wild salmon roasted on a soaked cedar plank with a maple-soy glaze.

Ingredients
- 1.5 lb wild salmon fillet
- 1 cedar plank soaked 2 hours
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Dijon
- 1 lemon
- Fresh dill
- Cracked pepper
Method
Whisk maple, soy, and Dijon.
Place salmon skin side down on the plank and brush with glaze.
Grill the plank covered at 400 F for 15 minutes.
Finish with lemon and dill and serve right off the plank.
