Buffalo Chicken Wings
Crispy oven-fried wings tossed in Frank-and-butter buffalo sauce.

Ingredients
- 3 lb chicken wings
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup Frank RedHot
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- Blue cheese dip
- Celery sticks
Method
Toss wings with baking powder and salt. Arrange on a rack.
Bake at 425 F for 45 minutes, flipping once.
Whisk hot sauce, butter, and honey into a glossy sauce.
Toss hot wings in sauce and serve with blue cheese and celery.
