New York Pastrami Sandwich
Sky-high hand-cut pastrami on rye with brown mustard and a kosher pickle.

Ingredients
- 1.5 lb sliced pastrami
- 8 slices rye bread
- 4 tbsp brown mustard
- 4 kosher pickle spears
- 4 oz Swiss cheese
- Steamer basket
- Tomato slices
- Lettuce
Method
Steam pastrami slices over simmering water for 4 minutes until tender.
Toast rye bread lightly.
Pile high with hot pastrami and a slice of Swiss.
Spread mustard on the top slice, close, and serve with a pickle on the side.
