New York Cheesecake
Dense and creamy graham crust cheesecake with a hint of lemon and vanilla.

Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 32 oz cream cheese
- 1.5 cups sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1 lemon zest
Method
Press crumbs and butter into a 9 inch springform pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 F.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until silky. Add eggs one at a time.
Stir in sour cream, vanilla, and zest. Pour over the crust.
Bake at 325 F in a water bath for 75 minutes. Cool overnight in the fridge.
