Shrimp Creole
Plump shrimp simmered in a tomato-based Creole sauce served over fluffy rice.

Ingredients
- 1.5 lb shrimp peeled
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 1 onion diced
- 1 bell pepper diced
- 3 ribs celery
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp Creole seasoning
- Fluffy white rice
Method
Saute onion, bell pepper, and celery in butter until soft.
Stir in garlic, seasoning, and tomatoes. Simmer 15 minutes.
Add shrimp and cook 4 minutes until just pink and curled.
Spoon over hot rice and garnish with parsley.
