Sloppy Joes
Saucy ground beef sandwich filling that lives up to its name on a toasted bun.

Ingredients
- 1.5 lb ground beef
- 1 onion diced
- 1 bell pepper diced
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 6 hamburger buns
Method
Brown the beef with onion and bell pepper until cooked through.
Drain excess fat. Stir in ketchup, sugar, Worcestershire, and mustard.
Simmer 15 minutes until thick.
Spoon onto toasted buns and serve with pickles.
