Cincinnati Five-Way Chili
Thin cinnamon-spiced chili spooned over spaghetti with cheese, beans, and onions.

Ingredients
- 2 lb ground beef
- 2 cups beef stock
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- Spaghetti
- Shredded cheddar, beans, and onion
Method
Simmer beef in stock for 15 minutes, breaking it into small pieces.
Add tomato sauce and all spices. Simmer 1 hour low and slow.
Cook spaghetti to al dente.
Plate spaghetti, ladle chili, then layer beans, onion, and a mountain of cheese.
