Sonoran Beef Tacos
Crisp griddled tacos with seasoned beef, charred onion, and pinto beans on flour tortillas.

Ingredients
- 1.5 lb ground beef
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 onion charred
- 1 cup pinto beans
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp chile powder
- Shredded cheese
- Pico de gallo
Method
Brown beef with cumin and chile powder.
Char onion under a broiler until edges blacken.
Build tacos with beef, beans, cheese, and onion.
Crisp on a griddle 2 minutes per side, then top with pico de gallo.
