Hot Honey Fried Chicken
Crackly fried chicken thighs drizzled with chili-infused warm honey.

Ingredients
- 6 chicken thighs bone in
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 cups seasoned flour
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tbsp red chile flakes
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Pinch of salt
- Frying oil
Method
Brine thighs in buttermilk for at least 4 hours.
Dredge in seasoned flour pressing to coat well.
Fry at 335 F for 12 to 14 minutes per side until 165 F internal.
Warm honey with chile flakes, vinegar, and salt. Drizzle generously over the hot chicken.
